As the season changes, we change too. The changes in light affect our mood and sleep needs. The dark evenings drawing in can be troubling for some. This is definitely a time to look after yourself and prepare for Autumn and colder days.
It is not an easy season for some people. Spend time planning to do things that make you feel connected to others and well. It is also a good time to make sure that you are eating for energy and building up your immune system. It is important that you are doing everything you can to stay well and prevent those winter coughs, colds and blues.
