Mindfulness sessions are starting at The Stables Therapy Centre, Clapham, MK41 6AS every Wednesday from 7.00 – 8.30pm. The courses run in 8 week cycles and giving yourself (and a friend) the gift of an 8 week commitment is the best way to increase your well-being, but you can come along on a weekly basis too if you can’t set every week for yourself at this time.
