You don’t need to make any resolutions about making improvements for how you live your life. You are already good enough and know everything you need to know. Focus on the good things in your life. Choose something about yourself to celebrate every day. Record it in ink in your 2017 Gratitude journal, (go out and get a journal if you haven’t already got one.) Be inspired. What would you like to achieve over this next year? Draw on the skills you already have to make this happen. Whatever you are doing, give it your full attention. Get in the flow of your life and find your passion. Be creative and enjoy the process. Don’t put pressure on yourself with a list of stuff you want to change, instead laugh and remember how much you already have.
