Infertility is defined as the inability to conceive after one year of trying. When each month signals lack of pregnancy it can be hard to remain positive, it can be literally depressing. The GP can arrange tests to rule out medical reasons for lack of pregnancy, and to best prepare for a successful pregnancy, this is the time to have a complete holistic integrated health check. This will involve herbs to balance the essential hormones and address any other health issues, NLP and/or hypnotherapy to clear any negative thoughts, and nutritional advice to ensure optimum health and vitality. This rounded approach regularly results in pregnancy and parenthood.
